1. Purpose

LicensedThisWeek data is for legitimate business to business outreach to licensed agencies. This policy applies to every subscriber and every person who uses a subscriber file.

2. Follow the law

You must comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the TCPA, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing and mini TCPA laws, and state privacy laws. Obtain any consent the law requires before autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts.

3. Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, or deceptive or misleading messages.
• Impersonating a state agency or implying government affiliation.
• Autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts without required consent.
• Ignoring opt out or do not call requests.
• Using the data to discriminate, to make eligibility decisions about individuals, or as a consumer report under the FCRA.
• Scraping, bulk downloading or automated access to the site beyond your delivered files.
• Reselling, republishing or sharing files outside the data license
• Attempts to probe, disrupt or bypass security of the site or Service.

4. Opt outs

If an agency asks you to stop contacting it, stop. If it asks us, we may flag it in future files.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or end access for violations, without refund where the violation is serious or repeated. Report abuse to [email protected]
